I'm a new owner for a month now and i'm undecided if i'm satisfied or not.

Here's my points:

Food is great, temperature control is super easy, size is good (oval large).

BUT.....gasket felt after a week, original thermometer never worked well. Customer support had been really great so far, but i don't understand why they put crappy gasket and thermometer on a $$$$.$$ smoker...The new one works really well, but i had to drill a hole into the ceramic to make it fit. I also spend some time changing the gasket (for how long...). The last point is not a real complain, but it's just a small pain. The bars right in the middle of the grates are in the way when it's time to cook close to the charcoals or using a griddle or anything else....

In my point of view, it's anormal to have that kind of problems after just a month...at that price.

food is still amazing....
