Introduction - finally...
Hi everyone!!
I want to give a huge shout out to everyone on this forum! I have learned an unbelievable amount of information on here and have been secretly (well my neighbors sure noticed) testing the Primo XL on smokes, roasts and high temp cooks for the past 6 months with your guidance. My family's taste buds are truly indebted to you all! I have been amazed by the recipes for pizza's, roasts/steaks using the reverse sear method, pulled pork, and ABT's all of which have been awesome! I'm currently using info here to unthaw my primo from record setting snow and temps here in MI (don't worry WI folks I recognize it's worse out there...) so I can open it and throw a Rib Roast in there (yes I capitalized it for a reason!). I will post pics! If you can't show it, it didn't happen!! Lol.
The reason for my way overdue post is to give the proper thanks to all of you!
