The only regret I have of choosing the Primo is the fact I should have done it years ago. The customer service has been as great as anyone could ask for. I had a problem with my fire box being too narrow for the drip pan rack to fit in on one side and after contacting customer service and explaining the problem, they sent me a new fire box. I received it in 3 days after contacting them and in plenty of time for my Christmas cooking. What a great company. I know that I am preaching to the Choir on this forum, but if anyone out there is still looking to purchase a ceramic cooker then I would tell you to do what ever it takes to purchase the Primo. You will be happy you did.
