So, last weekend we had a wind storm blow in and one if the gust was enough to push my table over. Along with it went my XL. I went out to assess the carnage and here is what I found.

Once the tears dried, I began to compose myself. I made a call to Primo and they were awesome. In a couple of days I should have as new shell and a firebox for a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost me to buy a new one. I am not a huge contributor to this website but I am on it almost everyday. I bought the Primo because of what I heard regarding performance and service. I can't say enough about Primo and this forum. My next post will be of the first cook on the new Primo.
