In addition to all of the positive comments captured in other posts, I wanted to share a great design feature - the cooking surface is flush with the edge of the grill. The facilitates the ability to use the entire cooking surface and actually get your cooking utensils to turn over your food. Other designs (Green Egg) have a recessed cooking surface and as a result, it is very difficult if not impossible to effectively use a BBQ spatula to flip the goods.
