Finally a chance to tell the world how pleased I am with both Derald and Effie from Primo. I recently had an issue with a Primo accessory I purchased from an online retailer that went belly up. Derald and Effie went out of their way and helped, even though they were NOT obligated to do anything.

In this day and age, finding a company that has this level of service is rare. I cannot say "Thank you both" enough!
