You may have seen my first thread about my "First Use Disaster", well I'm happy to report that Primo has excellent customer service. I dont want to get into all the details, but George (owner) personally called me gave me his cell number should anything not go right and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. New Grill is up and running (thank God), but MANY THANKS TO PRIMO support staff and George!!
I love my XL!
