This is unreal in a time when everything needs 'proof' and receipts and practically your first born son! I bought my Primo online thru Barbecues.com and approx one yr later had a crack in my lid. I had registered my warranty card and notified Primo. They sent out a brand new lid and bottom because the owner of the company thought they may not match in color from the unit i had since i had purchased it at barbecues.com and not from them. That's the best customer service one can ask for.......... I am so grateful! I LOVE my Primo. It's Primo! (meaning number one in several languages)....;)
