My decision to get a Primo kamado was a pretty big deal to replace an old Weber charcoal grill.

A kamado bootcamp event hosted at a local dealer convinced me to get a kamado, so I got a Large Oval (not XL).

I got everything delivered & setup except for the 414 cover. It was back ordered for some reason. I waited a few weeks, but no cover. I thought the 410 cover would just work fine so I took that cover home with me.
The bigger cover does certainly does its job, but it didn't meet the spousal approval that it was way too big.

So I talked to the local dealer about exchanging the covers. It had been a while, but the right cover was finally delivered to me.

Primo seems to have stellar customer support when they are contacted directly, but I also wanted to give a big Thumb Up to a local Primo dealer that promised me to deliver & they did. I am a happy camper :cheers: thanks to Sean in San Jose, CA.
